First, a safety reminder - the pool gates are designed to close and latch themselves and should NEVER be propped open for the safety of any kids in your group and those of the neighbors and surrounding area.

NEVER PROP OPEN A POOL GATE.

NO GLASS IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. NO BEER BOTLES. NO WINE GLASSES. NO GLASS AT ALL BEYOND THE POOL GATE.

PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELVES OUTSIDE. OUR HOUSEKEEPERS DO NOT CLEAN OUTSIDE. PLEASE PUT AWAY ALL POOL TOYS IN THE GARAGE AND REMOVE ALL OF YOUR TRASH FROM IN AND AROUND THE POOL. OUR GROUNDSKEEPER COMES BY ON TRASH DAYS TO WALK THE PROPERTY BUT EXCESSIVE CLEANUP OUTSIDE WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES.

ALL INFANTS AND TODDLERS MUST WEAR SWIM DIAPERS. IF THEY HAVE AN "ACCIDENT" IN THE POOL WE WILL NOT TREAT IT AS AN EMERGENCY AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED $250 FOR A SANITATION VISIT.

As stated in our listing, we provide pool heat to 90 degrees at no additional charge from Nov 1 through March 31.

Pool heat is $25 additional per night for heat to 90 degrees from Apr 1 through Oct 31.

Additional heat can be provided at all times for an additional charge of $50 per night to heat it to 95 and $75 per night to heat it to 100.

All pool equipment is controlled remotely. Please contact us through our email or your booking platform or text (512-551-1526) if you desire adjustments to the pool temperature.

We do not have the ability to reduce the water temperature, so once it is heated (or if the sun warms it up) we just wait on mother nature.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX OR ADJUST ANYTHING ON THE POOL EQUIPMENT.

Our pool service is on site twice per week. There may be occasional algae growth on the pool walls or steps, or debris or sand blowing in from the beach and landscaping. These do not constitute the pool being dirty. Skimmers and brushes are provided if you want to remove them between regularly scheduled cleanings. Please do not let your children use play with these.

The picture below is not a dirty pool - this is the sand that is constantly blowing in from everywhere. The water is clear and there is no algae growth. The pool service will vacuum this twice a week - we will not send them for a special trip to vacuum this level of buildup. The best way to help us keep this out of the pool is to rinse off at the shower or garden hose after returning from the beach or anytime before getting in the pool.
