Spacious, well equipped kitchen with granite counters, lots of cabinets and storage open to living and dining area with high ceilings. Tile flooring throughout. Extensive decking in front and back of home to enjoy the sun and sea breeze. 2 master bedrooms and baths with King beds. Third bedroom with King bed and the fourth bedroom is a bunk room with 4 twin beds and two trundles for small children. Plenty of covered parking under the house. Massive gas grill and shrimp boil burner and pot are here too!
Sand Castle Drive is a lively street with direct access to the beach. Easy golf cart access to town and the beach. Easy walk to the beach! Cart included!!
Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests. Accurate guest counts must be provided so that we can provide sufficient towels and linens and supplies. Additional guests are $25 per stay. The front steps and driveway are covered by a security camera on the front porch and is recorded anytime motion is detected.
NOTE: Golf Cart usage is included but is subject to a separate agreement and you must text your driver's license and proof of insurance to us before you operate our cart. Golf cart operators must be at least 21 years old.
