The golf cart for guest use is in the garage.
Any other carts that are locked up on the property are the owners and not for guest use.
All of our carts have AirTags or other GPS tracking devices installed on them.
The golf cart fits 6 people and no more than 6 people and all occupants must be in their own seat - no babies on laps or three kids in a row. If you need an extra cart, please contact our friends at www.islandoutfitterstx.com.
The entry door code to the garage will be sent to you the night before your arrival with your other door codes IF AND ONLY IF the rental agreement has been signed and security deposit hold was successfully placed.
You must read and understand the rules posted on the windshield of the golf cart prior to operating it.
PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts do not have power brakes or steering. They do not drive just like a car. You MUST allow extra room for braking and slow down to turn to avoid tipping the cart.
The only unpaved area that you may drive our golf cart on is the beach road and adjacent parking areas. Do not operate our cart on any other unpaved surface and keep it away from salt water.
You must provide the driver's license and insurance of anyone who will be operating the golf cart.
Anyone operating the golf cart without providing license and insurance information will be charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, which is a State Jail Felony (Tex Pen. Code Sec. 31.07).
