We hope you have enjoyed your time at the beach and appreciate you choosing to stay with us at {PPUBNAME}!
As your time with us winds down, we wanted to give you a quick reminder of what to do as you prepare to leave.
Our cleaning crew will be in shortly after your departure, however to help them out and keep the cleaning fees as low as we can, we ask for a little help with the following items:
- Check out time is 11 am unless you have pre-arranged and paid for a late checkout.
- You do not need to do any laundry! Please leave any damp towels hanging in the bathrooms or in the showers and leave the sheets on the beds.
- Rinse the golf cart and fill with premium fuel and park it in the garage.
- PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELVES OUTSIDE. OUR HOUSEKEEPERS DO NOT CLEAN OUTSIDE. PLEASE PUT AWAY ALL POOL TOYS IN THE GARAGE AND REMOVE ALL OF YOUR TRASH FROM IN AND AROUND THE POOL AND PICNIC TABLES. OUR GROUNDSKEEPER COMES BY ON TRASH DAYS TO WALK THE PROPERTY BUT EXCESSIVE CLEANUP OUTSIDE WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES.
- Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
- Clean the grill grates, empty the drip pan, and wipe down the exterior of the grill (with paper towels, not our bath or kitchen towels).
- Take out the kitchen trash to the bins and take trash bins to curbside if you are leaving the day before a trash day. (See signs posted by bins for trash days.)
- On your way out, please lock all the doors and windows and turn off all lights, fans, etc., and set AC to 78.
Make sure you packed everything! Check the drawers and under the beds for items you don't want to leave behind.
Be sure not to forget your phone charger plugged into the outlet.
We are not equipped or staffed to retrieve and return forgotten items. Anything left behind will be donated to Goodwill.
