Per our listing, within 24 hours of booking, you must complete our rental agreement and authorize a security hold to be scheduled. A link was sent to you in your booking confirmation.
The address of the house is sent to you in your booking confirmation.
The day before your stay we will send you an email with your personal access codes for the house IF and ONLY IF you have provided complete contact information and completed the rental agreement and provided a card for the security hold. Door code generation is automated and if you do not complete the information at the link above at least 72 hours before your check-in time, you will not get your door codes before your check-in.
Occupancy and parking limits are strictly enforced by the city. Your booking confirmation will specify the maximum amount of vehicles and people for the property you reserved. We will send personnel to investigate any complaint that these limits are exceeded.
Finally, we do not make exceptions to our cancellation and NO PETS policies. With Covid coming and going, pet sitter issues, weather, and many other factors, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you think there is any chance that any of these factors could affect your ability or willingness to make your trip.
